arXiv Workflow

Category: Zotero · Official site: https://github.com/AllanChain/zotero-arxiv-workflow

Track publication updates and merge preprint versions.

Managing evolving drafts often creates duplicate entries as manuscripts move from early preprints to formally published articles. This utility is designed for active researchers who regularly collect fast-moving preprints and need to monitor subsequent publication progress. Choose it over static metadata repair or citation counting plugins when your workflow demands tracking updated drafts, following publication status changes, and cleanly merging revised preprint iterations into unified, consolidated reference entries within your collection.

It belongs to the reference-management step: keeping a Zotero library accurate and up to date with as little manual work as possible.

On PaperBridge you do not need to rebuild this link by hand for every paper: the app substitutes the arXiv ID (and, where a service needs it, the title or DOI) into the service's own URL pattern. The site was reachable when last checked; the button below opens it for the example paper.

Example paper: Attention Is All You Need (arXiv:1706.03762). The first button opens arXiv Workflow for that paper (this service takes you to its home page); the second opens the paper's PaperBridge page, where every tool is one click away.
